Signal Snowboards Breaks Boarding Boundaries With ETT

At first I thought it was a carrot. But then I saw people riding it. And jumping with it. And sending it over boxes. “That’s no huge a$$ carrot, that’s a board” I realized, shocked. It’s just hella orange.

California-based Signal creates artistic snowboards from materials never before used. Having cooked up a xylophone board, a board made of candy, and a board with a built-in iPad, it only seemed appropriate to make one from [drum roll] urethane, a synthetic crystalline compound used in making pesticides and fungicides, and formerly as an anesthetic.

Signal’s urethane wonder isn't currently on the market, but rave reviews from demos in Minnesota suggest the company better get on selling them, and stat (side note: you can purchase these bad boys). From being called “sick” to “bonkers,” and “bright as f@#$” to “a thing of beauty,” this is one snowboard to get your mitts on.

What’s next? Fish tank boards? Boards made from last night’s leftovers? Who knows. What we do know is Signal will give it to you soon. This team’s got it going on.
