Veronica Paulsen Goes Winter Camping With Legendary Big Mountain Skier Griffin Post

Veronica Paulsen, the Corbet's queen whose backflip into the Coulior sent shock waves through the action sports world has kept fans engaged with her YouTube series where the professional big mountain skier tags along with, and picks the brains of her colleagues and compadres, in the fields where they operate to find out what drives them and keeps them successful. Last season Paulsen followed around hard-charging big mountain skier and fellow Jackson local Jim Ryan to tick off some classic big mountain Jackson lines and dive into how he remains calm while skiing death-defying exposure. She then met up with the Mayor of Stomptown Rene Reine Barkered at the Kicking Horse Freeride World Tour stop to learn how he's kept the fire burning for competitive big mountain skiing for his over a decade-long career.

In her latest episode, Paulsen heads into the wild Wyoming backcountry of the Greys River Range to learn the ins and outs of winter camping and shred some powder with legendary professional skier and mustached mountain sensei Griffin Post. From several U.S. Freeskiing Titles, to film parts with TGR, HBO and ESPN, Post's list of accolades runs long, and there's also the face that he is just a beautiful skier and a nice guy. Griffin's ski career has taken the evolution from the hard-charging sender to the calculated weather and maps nerd always on the hunt for exploration. He truly puts the "professional" in professional skier, always studying, learning, and acting as a mentor to others in the mountains.
