Like the other veterans of the TGR athlete roster, Ian Mcintosh is showing no signs of slowing down. Instead, he’s pushing himself in ways he never has before – both in the mountains and in his daily life. This season was all about finding a balance between spending time with his new daughter and continuing to pursue a career as one of the boldest skiers around. Having intimate knowledge of your local mountains goes a long way, especially when tackling high-consequence lines that involve technical climbing, a healthy amount of exposure, and require near-perfect conditions to pull off. Of course, Mac's Volkl skis setup was the perfect companion for these big missions. When things lined up outside of Pemberton, the crew fired up the sleds, packed their bags, and got booting up dreamy couloirs and faces reminiscent of their trip to Norway last year.
TGR is stoked to offer Make Believe free for all Teton Gravity Research Premium members on our new streaming platform TGRtv. Check here for more information on the film.
