11-Year-Old Skateboarder Sky Brown Took A GNARLY Crash And Reminds Us Its OK To Fall

Turns out little kids aren’t just made of rubber. We’re sorry to see 11-year-old skateboarder and Britain's youngest Olympian Sky Brown take a crash that landed her in the hospital with a fractured skull and a broken arm and wrist. One thing is certain though, and that’s that Brown is tough as nails for speaking to her fans from her hospital bed about the importance of learning from mistakes and getting up from falls.

“I don’t usually post my falls or talk about them, because I want people to see the fun in what I do, but this was my worst fall, and I just want everyone to know that I’m OK. It’s OK to fall sometimes. I’m just going to get back up and push even harder. I know there’s a lot going on in the world right now and I want everyone to know that whatever we do we’ve got to do it with love and happiness.”
