Bill Walton and the Grateful Dead go way back. The former NBA star started going to their shows when he was still in high school, and has been a die-hard fan ever since. He is a member of The Grateful Dead Hall of Honor, a friend of the late Ken Kesey, and is affectionately known in the fan community as the "World's Tallest Deadhead."
