For the second year in a row, French madman Valentin Anouilh has jumped over the peloton as they churn up a mountain. After finding out that the tour was passing through his hometown, Valentin said he went to "find a nice cliff, cleaned the landing, and went for it!" At 12m by 8m, it's the biggest drop he's ever done. We're just glad he got the timing right... the TDF is hard enough for the racers without worrying about getting clipped by someone gapping the road. Well done Valentin, and best of luck to all the racers as they enter the final week of the tour!
