Video: This Indie Ski Trailer Blew Our Minds

Most people probably haven't heard of Strictly, a self-described "group of friends turned ski movie makers." However, unless we miss our guess, they will soon become a household name—at least among households consisting of people who follow skiing. How are we so sure that their star is rising? Well, there are a few pieces of evidence informing our hypothesis:

1. The trailer. 

2. Their roster consists of Ben Smith, Pete Koukov, Ethan Swadburg, Carson Kerr, Parker Norvell, Calvin Barrett, Sam Zahner, Jonah Williams, Dylan Siggers, Chance Conaty, Nick Hall, Levi Ascher, Taylor Lundquist, and Zhach Pham.

3. They've got Andrew Mildenberger, Gavin Rudy, Alex Havey, and Owen Dahlberg on the cameras.

4. Their first full-length film (trailer above) was sick.

5. We, the undisputed tastemakers of the ski industry, said so.

The film's world premiere is on October 5th in Boulder, with tickets available here. It should be a rowdy time, so go check it out if you're in the area!
