Video: The Flying Frenchies Perform Mind-Bending Wingsuit Stunt

Truth be told, we’re not really sure what’s even happening in this video. Something about French fries, wingsuits, and F-14s. If you haven’t heard of the Flying Frenchies (a group of acrobats, wingsuiters, slackliners, surfers, and all-round aerial badasses), you’re really missing out. Think of it as the wildest circus show you’ve ever seen, except it all happens in the sky. Literally.

This time, the crew has a new stunt up their sleeve, involving something akin to an aerial arrestor cable for a wingsuit. We can only imagine what that initial conversation was like. Maybe something like this: 

“Hey, remember Top Gun?” 

“Dudeeeee.”
