VIDEO: The Big Mountain Enduro Returned to Big Sky This Weekend

It seems that mountain bike racing is finally slowly returning to “normal,” and we’re pretty pumped about it. By “normal” we mean at least it’s happening. With some DH races happening in the South, and pro-only races really shining with the Crankworx Summer Series, mere mortals in the Rocky Mountain region finally got a chance to race enduro with the return of the Big Mountain Enduro at Big Sky. Always a racer favorite for its super-gnarly stages, the BME kicked off their 2020 season with a Big Sky race this past weekend.

It was chock-full of classic Big Sky tech, steep lines, and unfathomably fast speeds. When all the dust had settled, Mitch Ropelato took the men’s title and Porsha Murdock the women’s title. The racing is slated to continue in September at Winter Park, Colorado, so stay tuned for more.
