This year marked the 18^th anniversary of Valparaiso, Chile’s legendary urban DH race – and it was a sight to behold. With fans lining the entire course, some relentlessly unforgiving stairs, super-tight corners, and even a few unpredictable dogs running down the course, racers from all over the world competed against the clock. When the dust settled, Germany’s Johannes Fischbach took 3^rd, Czech Tomas Slavik took 2^nd, and Chilean local Pedro Ferreira stood atop the podium.
