'Tis the season for Freeride World Tour stops! After a low-tide event in Hakuba, the powdery slopes of Kicking Horse's Ozone Face should come as a welcome change for the competitors. World-class professionals like the FWT's skiers and snowboarders can make even the worst conditions look good, but they almost certainly prefer soft snow and a deep snowpack.
