Video: Jeremy Pancras’ New Project Drops Next Month

In October 2017, professional freeskier Jeremy Pancras broke his back during a big air competition. While breaking your back is always a serious injury, this was a particularly bad break. His survival wasn't guaranteed, much less his ability to keep skiing.

Suivez vos rêves, ils vous emmèneront plus loin que vous ne pourrez jamais l’imaginer. introducing my production in the theatre, getting to meet those who share our passion, ski in front of the city that watched me grow up, blow minds of those who didn’t know our sport : what a chance was the #HighFiveFestival ! Last saturday was the best day of my life and it will stay still forever ! Then a wrong move happened, an unusual visualization of my trick had me down to the ground... This week I almost lost all i fought for my whole life. A miracle happened and my legs keep working perfectly, as well as my cognitive system. I received more love than the whole world could of ever brought me... I walk out of this experience with one only goal now : live long and happy. I want to thank you all for your support, your messages and little attentions. I don’t have the words to tell you how thankfull I am to be surrounded by such great human beings. Follow your dream, they will bring you further away than you would ever imagine.

Luckily, Pancras survived. However, one doesn't hop right back on the slopes after an injury like that— Pancras had to work hard to get past barriers both physical and mental, but he didn't have to do it alone. He got back on his skis with the help of his friends, a process documented in 2018's WOULD YOU:

These days, Pancras is back and firing on all cylinders like a finely-tuned V12. His newest project features a stacked crew of athletes and personalities from around the world, and appears to include FPV cinematography (oh boy!) as well as some of Noah Albaladejo's animations. Scheduled to drop in November, this one has us pretty darn hyped.
