Video: FWT’s Kristofer Turdell Shreds Japan

Today, we've got a rare treat for you: The opportunity to see Kristofer Turdell ski for more than 45 seconds at a time. Normally seen skiing down some of the gnarliest lines that Freeride World Tour venues have to offer, Turdell apparently got a moment to relax in Japan this season. He's earned some R&R, having won the Tour in 2018, and coming in a close second to Marcus Eder this year.

While the lines shown in this Japow edit seem pretty exciting to us, it's virtually certain that Turdell looks at these lines and thinks "Psh, less than 50 degrees and with no guaranteed-death exposure? Yawn."
