Video: Exploring Brazil’s Desert Lagoons By Wakeskate

First off, who knew Brazil had a desert filled with bright blue lagoons? Second off, who would think to wakeskate there? Pro wakeskaters Zuzana Vrablova and Brian Grubb took a trip down to Brazil’s Lençóis Maranhenses National Park to explore what can only be described as straight out of a fairy tale. It’s one of the most unique ecosystems on Earth–one that combines the extremes of a sandy desert with the volatile (read: rainy) weather of an equatorial location – so the team was ecstatic to get the chance to film a wake edit there.
