Sometimes riding bikes isn’t just about the riding. When it’s cold and snowy out, like it was in Austria this past winter (shocking, really), life as a mountain biker can sometimes seem a bit dull. For Innsbruck-based freestyle rider and filmmaker Peter Kaiser, finding solace in the little things made it all a little easier. For one, blueberry pancakes became crucial to any session’s success. I mean, come on, who doesn’t like some blueberry pancakes?
