In one of the strangest episodes of the Fifty yet…Alex Honnold becomes the main character after Cody experiences some nasty heatstroke. Wait what? Yeah. The two team up to tackle Mt. Whitney’s famous Mountaineers Route by approaching it via bike from Badwater Basin. That means a 135-mile bike ride from the lowest spot in North America (in Death Valley) to the highest point on the continent. Alex might be one of the greatest climbers to have ever lived…but he doesn’t make any claims about his skiing. Regardless of the outcome, it's an impressive feat!
