Peak Resorts will bring an additional 17 resorts under Vail’s direct ownership. The resorts are primarily located in the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast. The opportunity provides Vail the opportunity to strengthen its Epic Pass offerings and create synergistic relationships between its family of resorts. Peak Resorts should generate roughly 60 million EBITDA during Vail’s next fiscal year, which is when full benefits of the acquisition will be realized.
