Throwback: Nick McNutt’s Breakthrough Co-Lab Edit

In 2013, Nick McNutt entered TGR's Co-Lab contest as a virtually unknown skier. Filmed in the mountains around his hometown of Whistler, BC, his edit didn't win the $100,000 prize, but did jump-start his career as a professional skier. His knack for lacing up big mountain lines and effortlessly landing switch off cliffs earned him a spot in Almost Ablaze, and he's been on the roster ever since.

These days, Nick is still charging big lines and stomping switch-landings. The only difference is that now he has a professional film crew and helicopter to help him get the shot. Look out for him in TGR's Winterland, coming this fall.
