This is What New Zealand Singletrack is All About

New Zealand is to mountain bikers as Alaska is to skiers and snowboarders: at a certain point in the year, it just makes sense to go there. To Vancouver’s Reece Wallace, NZ definitely feels a lot like home, complete with the lush forests and snow-covered peaks so familiar to him.

Wallace headed south with filmmaker Scott Secco in tow to visit Queenstown, the home of the late Kelly McGarry. Shoeing beers, massive kickers, and whip trains? It’s all there.
