This Festival in Bali Might be The Biggest Party in Surfing

A few years ago, an event was put on that only allowed competitors to ride 9-foot single-fin longboards. It quickly grew into an entire festival that now includes a bodysurfing sesh, an art show, and a fish fry, e.g. the exact opposite of a longboarding contest. 

This year’s version of the Deus 9ft & Single just went down on the legendary black beaches at the mouth of the Bali’s Canggu River, and here’s the beautifully-shot recap video. It’s a bit long, but watch through until the end, the surfing and good times are worth it.
