This Edit Puts a New Perspective on Powder Skiing

Last year, skiers, Matilda Rapaport, Henrik Winstedt and Dave Treadway headed deep into the Canadian woods to capture some of the most beautiful powder skiing footage ever made. The crew shredded everything from huge heli-access big mountain lines to good old-fashioned powder-filled trees around Nelson, BC. Watching this just makes me want to get out there and find some deep pow.

Sadly, Rapaport passed away following an avalanche filming for the video game Steep in the Chilean Andes in July.

“It´s very emotional seeing Matilda in this edit. She was a great skier and even greater person. We really want to show what a fantastic skier she was with this edit and she will always be a big part of our crew.” – Anders Gustavsson, Peak Performance Athlete Manager
