Bernie Rosow knows how to have fun on a pair of skis and a sled. Rewinding back to the days of deep winter in the California backcountry, Rosow absolutely shreds a proper tick list of lines.

Rosow leads the life of a dedicated die-hard skier, working his way through summers as a groomer operator in Australia and New Zealand, and now as a skier on his own time in California. His view on the lifestyle: “I’d rather spend my own money skiing good snow than chasing a competition scene…With or without sponsors I’m going to go and ski every day no matter what.” Lucky for him, the Sierras were blessed with copious amounts of snowfall this year, giving him plenty of time to do what he needed to do.
