The Grand National Powder 8’s Competition Returns to JHMR

What's more beautiful than linking perfectly round powder turns down an untracked face of blower snow? Doing it alongside your buddy, in absolute symmetry leaving only figure 8's left in the snow. After a 15 year hiatus and in celebration of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort's the powder 8' competition returns with its biggest prize money yet, with $10k on the line for the winners, and bragging rights to transcend skiing history.

JHMR is bringing back the competition to the Powder 8 face of Cody Bowl just outside the ski area boundary for Grand Reunion Weekend on Saturday, February 6. Jackson Hole's Powder 8's was first won by the legendary local Pepi Steigler and Peter Habeler. Who will take the prize this year? Could it be young guns, born just a minute apart, George and Bart Flynn? Come find out Grand Reunion Weekend just outside the JHMR boundaries on February 6!
