Here's Teton Brown.

Who are you?

TB: Teton Brown, 36, Jackson, WY

Most Memorable line/trick you dropped or stomped in this film?

TB: Probably skiing the notch to backflip off the Powder 8's cliffs on Cody Peak. Felt great to stomp that. I tried it a few weeks earlier and front flipped off the cliffs instead, but I got my direction wrong, landed sidehill and tumbled over rocks. It was one of my gnarliest crashes ever. I haven't seen the film yet, but if I was a gamblin' man, I'd say that carnage is in there!

Run us through your gear. Any hacks or must-have travel items?

TB: Zag skis, baby! I've been on Zag for a few years now and couldn't be happier with the SLAP line. Arva Equipment for avy packs and safety gear. Leki poles and gloves, Beringia kit. Get yourself a roll-up ski roller bag. They're the best for traveling.

What's your ritual before dropping a big line?

TB: There's a lot of prep that goes into it in the minutes/hours/days before, where you plan the line out and visualize it. Watch out for any obstacles or possible circumstances that might trip you up or kill you. Then when you're up top and realize you're ready, some deep breathing is great. All that's left is to remember that you're prepared for this, and that it's gonna be a lot of fun! Smile and enjoy!

How Does filming with TGR compare to a normal ski/ride day with friends?

TB: There's a lot of logistics and planning involved and discussion about safety concerns. Then the stakes are a bit elevated as well when you have multiple camera angles on you and everyone has spent a bunch of time setting up. You don't want to screw up and blow the shot, but you also don't want to wreck yourself. At the same time there's a ton of camaraderie and stoke, and everyones having fun doing what they love.

Who or what inspired you most on this trip?

TB: Watching Kelly Hilleke look for his buried ski for over 2 hours and didn't let the situation bum him out. He then found it and proceeded to throw down some skiing after that.

One word to describe Pressure Drop?

TB: Electric.

Looking ahead, what's on the horizon for you?

TB: I'll be working on my 4th personal ski project next year and will be releasing youtube videos more consistently with smaller, single-objective, style formats. Showing a bit more of the lifestyle, preparation and the fun we have while obtaining these objectives. Right now I'm eye-ing BC, Japan, and AK. Bring on the pow!
