Surfer Jordy Smith Wants to Talk (about) Trash

Last week, we reported on the fact that the Great Pacific Garbage Patch is now bigger in area than all of France. That’s A LOT of garbage. Where does it all come from? From the sad reality that we as humans, have been unable to control the waste that comes with our consumption of plastic.

Surfer Jordy Smith and friends decided to prove a point and put on a little stunt involving airing into floating trashcan. Jordy wants us to take a look at our consumption and waste habits and work together to find a lasting solution.
