SUMMER SKI AREA BEARTOOTH BASIN FOR SALE

Beartooth Basin, WY, the only summer ski area in the United States announced today that the mountain is for sale.

This news comes following two consecutive seasons of low snowfall, impacting the hill's ability to open for the summer ski season. Located at Beartooth Pass in the Shoshone National Forest near the Montana border, the area usually sees significant snowpack well into the summer months.

On May 10th, Beartooth announced they would not be opening for the 2024 summer, citing a lack of snow:
