Do your research and choose a place that fits your needs. It's very important to pay attention to the difficulty of slopes each place has available. Get in Shape
Skiing takes energy and athleticism. To get the most out of your trip, you'll want to be in good shape before you go. Fitness starts with diet, so be sure to eat foods that will help you build muscle and stay energized.
