This promotion is open to residents of the United States. Every person is eligible to enter the contest once a day. Duplicate entries per day may be disqualified at the discretion of Teton Gravity Research and our HGG Brand Sponsors. Also, you can’t enter this promotion if you (or your immediate family including parents, children, siblings, partner and grandparents, or housemates) are directors, management, employees, officers or contractors of Teton Gravity Research and our SGG Brand Sponsors or their subsidiaries or parent or affiliated companies. If you are under 18, you have to get permission from your parents or legal guardian to enter.
HOW TO ENTER:
During the Promotion Period, visit https://www.tetongravity.com/story/gear-tech/tgrs-2019-holiday-gear-giveaway and complete and submit the online registration form including First and Last Name, Zip Code, and Valid Email Address for the desired prize(s). Once you fill out the registration form in its entirety and submit, you will have been entered into the sweepstakes. Entries will be open until 12:00AM MST on November 30th, 2019.

NOTIFICATION:
One daily winner will be randomly chosen by Teton Gravity Research following the close of the sweepstakes period. They will be notified by e-mail within 7 days of being chosen and must respond within 10 days from the date of notification to avoid forfeiting their prize. In the case that the winner does not accept their prize, Teton Gravity Research will choose a new winner at random. Inquiries on winners can be sent to Contests@tetongravity.com (including the name of the promotion) within 3 months of the closing date of the promotion, and we’ll respond and tell you who won.
Teton Gravity Research and our HGG Brand Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct that is designed to jeopardize the fair conduct of the promotion or is generally damaging to the reputation of Teton Gravity Research and our HGG Brand Sponsors or has otherwise breached these conditions of entry (as determined by Teton Gravity Research and our HGG Brand Sponsor's sole discretion).
Teton Gravity Research and our HGG Brand Sponsors can cancel or modify the promotion if there are compelling technical or administrative reasons which we cannot control. If that happens, Teton Gravity Research will select the winner(s) from all eligible entries received at that time.
WINNER:
We may ask the winner to provide proof of identify, residency and age, in order to confirm identity as well as eligibility to receive the prize. We’ll decide whether the proof provided is adequate (but generally speaking, a certified copy of a passport or drivers’ license will be sufficient). If the winner can’t provide, or refuse to provide, suitable proof, they will be disqualified, and we will choose another winner (subject to the direction of regulatory authorities).
The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, or given as a gift to someone else. We will use reasonable efforts to award the prize as described but if, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to do that, we’ll substitute it for another prize of comparable value.
The winner will be responsible for all taxes, insurance, gratuities, and any other expenses, fees and costs connected with the prize that are not included in the prize description.
Please note that the nature of the prize may be such that it poses health or safety risks, or risks normally associated with travel, outdoor sports and altitude. For this reason, the winner and their guest should consider any health, safety and travel risks and take appropriate precautions (including arrange insurances) to guard against those risks.
Teton Gravity Research and our HGG Brand Sponsors are not responsible for use of the prizes which results in:
(a)loss that was not reasonably foreseeable;
(b)loss that was not caused by our breach of this deed or by our negligence;
(c) business losses (such as lost data, lost profits or business interruptions) or loss suffered by non-consumers;
(d)losses caused by factors which could reasonably be considered to be outside our control (such as faults in third party equipment, or delayed or cancelled flights); and
(e)any loss caused, or contributed to, by your breach of conditions of entry or your negligence.
