Vail and Beaver Creek to Charge $219 for Holiday Lift Tickets

Beaver Creek is pretty—pretty expensive. Needpix photo.

Folks unlucky enough to buy walk-up lift tickets at Vail and Beaver Creek, CO this holiday season will be greeted by a $219 price tag, according to Vail's website. The $10 increase over last year's holiday walk-up prices firmly establishes the resorts as America's most expensive, edging out Deer Valley, UT's $209 holiday walk-up price.
