Skiing often comes with an almost mythic level of schlepping. For most, it’s just part of the deal. Earn your turns, the old adage goes. But it doesn’t have to be that way! If you’re willing to cough up $1,300, Snowbird’s new premium parking solution may be of interest to you. Oh, goodie!
For $1,300, Snowbird’s Preferred Parking Pass lets you skip the long trudge (or god-forbid, shuttle) and park front-row, no daily reservations required.
According to Snowbird, proceeds go toward expanding carpool parking, enhancing carpool rewards, and supporting UTA Ski Bus riders. But before you try to split the cost, be warned: the pass is non-transferable, and misuse could lead to prosecution.
Due to Little Cottonwood Canyon’s limited parking, spots are limited. Preferred Parking Passes for the 2025-26 season go on sale April 15 at 10 AM—first-come, first-served.
