Despite a dry March, total seasonal snowfall at Jackson Hole has exceeded the 500 inch mark. While the season is rapidly coming to a close, this milestone is yet another reminder that it's been an incredible winter here in the Tetons.
For better or worse, our days of lift-accessed powder are coming to a close. Luckily, the deep snowpack means that people willing to earn their turns will most likely be ripping slush for months to come.

A Canadian woman has survived a skydiving accident in which both her main and backup parachute failed to fully deploy. The unnamed 30-year-old fell more than 5,000 feet before she landed in trees in Trois-Rivières, Quebec. Radio Canada reported that the woman hit the ground going at least 37 miles an hour as many spectators looked on.
