Courtney Dauwalter just set record times on two 100-mile footraces. She ran them just three weeks apart. Let that sink in for a second. She ran two 24+ hour races in three weeks, which that alone is a huge feat. But on top of that, she set record times on both races.

She ran the Western States 100 and reset a course record that had stood for 11 years. And then just a few weeks later, at the Hardrock 100 she broke a record that had stood since 2009.
A day after the Hardrock 100, she said she felt touch and go the whole race…. Can’t say I blame her…
