Commissioned by Apple. "The snow in British Columbia in January is usually pretty darn good but this year, when the riders would turn or slash, it was explosive. An action sports camera that also calls and texts sounds too good to be true, except thanks to Apple it's not. It turns out that Apple’s recent "Slofie" commercial was part of a much bigger campaign starring Danny Davis, Kimmy Fasani, Red Gerard, and Ben Ferguson in British Columbia.

The brand reached out to snowboard photographer Aaron Blatt and videographer Joe Carlino to show off all the bells and whistles of the iPhone 11 Pro’s new camera. The quality of the content is impressive, and I bet Blatt and Carlino were elated to have a much lighter camera pack for once. By no means does this signal the death of DSLR's and RED Cameras, but it's exciting to see what just a phone can do.
