Ski for a Cause at Alta/Snowbird’s 2016 POW Day

This Wednesday, Snowbird Resort is giving you the chance to huck for a cause. Ryan Dunfee photo.

Love the snow and want to keep it around? Here's your chance to ski or ride for a cause. This Wednesday, January 13, Alta/Snowbird is hosting a celebration of pow alongside Protect Our Winters, Ski Utah and Discrete. January 13 is historically the snowiest day in Utah, so it's the perfect day to get out and get after it in the name of the environment.

In keeping with the pro-environment theme, the Utah Transit Authority has offered complimentary bus service to Snowbird, and carpools with four or more snow-lovers will get some primo parking opportunities.
