Carrying a sanitizer is but obvious the next solution to maintain hand hygiene. Either you can purchase hygienic ingredients and carry it along with you. However, if in any situation you have forgotten to do so, then nothing to worry.
To one cup rubbing alcohol, add few drops of tea tree oil and one tablespoon Glycerine. Mix all the ingredients, and your home-made sanitizer is ready for use. Fill bottles with the same and carry wherever you go. It is possible that the sanitizer might be slightly sticky but will fulfill your purpose well.
Almond and coconut lotion
Another aspect of our hands is keeping their skin protected and safe from dryness. Since the weather of outdoors is unpredictable, you cannot guarantee protection for hands. But, almond oil is useful in such circumstances. You can easily find almond trees in the outdoors.
You must have the necessary tools to take the oil out. Look for locations from where the oil can be procured. Carry a container to catch the oil in it. When you have ample oil, mix it with a little water and rub all over your body. Coconut oil can be a useful alternative too.
After treating your hands with any of the above methods, ensure wearing gloves. This is also helpful when you are doing digging or any other activity. Even while preparing food, you must wear gloves. Especially if it is an animal that you are going to skin and cook this much effort you have to make.
If you are in the wilderness, it does not mean you have to ignore your health. If maintaining hygiene is critical, then you must follow the above guidelines. In times like these being responsible will help you keep your health maintained.
