Well, if you ever needed motivation to kick overcome those feelings, enjoy this clip of adaptive skier Jay Rawe tossing a massive backflip on his sit-ski in the Squaw Valley park. Rawe, who severely injured his back in a BASE jumping accident back in 2014, sends it harder than any adaptive skier we've seen since Josh Dueck and–according to the above Instagram post–even had a go at the rainbow rail in the park. Send it, indeed.
