A-Basin Leaves Epic Pass, Joins Ikon Pass

In February, Arapahoe Basin's COO Alan Henceroth announced that the ski area would be leaving the Epic Pass after the 18/19 season, citing overcrowded conditions stemming from the partnership. Henceroth also mentioned that the resort would be open to other partnerships, a clear hint that A-Basin would be joining either the Mountain Collective or the Ikon Pass.

In news which should be surprising to absolutely nobody, A-Basin is teaming up with Ikon for the 19/20 season, offering full Ikon-Passholders seven days with no blackout dates, and Ikon Base-Passholders five days with limited blackout-dates.
