Who even knew that Elon Musk skis? Well, he has to fulfill his Bond villain/Ironman image somehow. Nothing against you Elon, but anyone who builds rockets, self-driving cars and crazy gadgets as a hobby qualifies for stamp in our book!

Turns out Vermont-based ski builder Renoun Skis made Musk a custom pair of their futuristic sticks. We’re not exactly sure what makes them special or if they have solar panels built in to charge a spaceship, but Renoun’s Cyrus Schenck told the Inertia, “Being a company centered around innovation, we’ve always had a soft spot for Elon Musk and the companies he’s created. We always felt that someone like the real life Iron Man should be on a pair of skis with futuristic technology—so we made him a pair and have been hunting him down for the last two years. We finally got connected to him and are shipping them out tomorrow. Renoun’s tagline is ‘Rules are meant to be broke,’ and we have a little note to Elon printed on the ski that says, ‘for the man daring to break more than a few rules.”
Seems pretty cool to have a ski builder make skis for you without you even knowing about it!
