Alex Kaufman has been a longtime friend of TGR and an assistant many time on East Coast-based articles for our editorial team. This winter he began publishing a podcast called Wintry Mix covering the East Coast ski scene and community, and we published the episodes several times on the site, including interviews with Vermont highway plow crews, former Olympian Hannah Kearney, and the ski scene in Newfoundland. It's also AK's last day manning the ship at Ski The East today, and we want to thank him for giving the East Coast scene a proper voice, and proper coverage, all these years.
