Brian Lopes’ Radical Mobile Race Station – Base Camp

If you're ridden a mountain bike for any amount of time, you've probably heard of Brian Lopes. You know, the Lance Armstrong of mountain biking, with 19 world titles to his name, the guy who won the Air Downhill at Crankworx on a trail bike, with bunny-hop world records, and who, at age 40, just chalked up a UCI World Cup cross-country win to his medal count. 

To keep up such an insane winning streak means traveling as comfortably as possible, which is why Lopes spends the race season touring around in a custom Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van with a dedicated and mustachioed hipster driver. With space for his Intense bikes, guacamole, and an entertainment system to make sure he can watch his hometown Lakers while on the road, Lopes stays pimpin' whether from Laguna Beach to Whistler and back again.
