Skier Parkin Costain Claims First Ever Descent of the Monospine for Beyond the Fantasy

While filming for TGR's brand new film, Beyond the Fantasy, Parkin Costain and company headed to Haines, Alaska to tick off a behemoth, never before ridden line -- the Monospine. The crux of the line is the entrance, and while two skiers had been dropped off at the top in years prior, no one had dared drop into the full line, which Parkin describes as "the steepest spine" he's ever seen. Luckily for us, Parkin was feeling confident this day and dropped in, stamping his name into the books of the now legendary Alaskan backcountry line.
