Santa Cruz Drops All-New V10 29″ DH Bike

Yeah yeah, we know it's not bike season anymore, but big news from the bike world: Santa Cruz finally released their drool-worthy V10 downhill bike to the public. We’ve seen it beneath their team riders all World Cup season, and now you can finally buy it.

The bike is available in two options: with 29” and 27.5”-inch wheels, featuring 215mm of trail-destroying rear travel, a 63.3-degree head angle, and a healthy long reach. Both versions share the same geometry but the frames have been specifically designed around each wheel size. It’s a purebred downhill race bike designed to eat up the biggest tracks in the world, and we saw its success in the hands of Syndicate riders like Greg Minnaar, Luca Shaw, and Loris Vergier last season.

For both sizes, two build options are available, along with a frame-only. The lower-end S build comes in at a measly $6000, and the high-end XO1 blows up wallets at $8,200.
