Sammy Carlson Takes His Talents To The Quiksilver Global Team

Sammy Carlson first gained international acclaim for his success early in his career, winning an X Games Slopestyle Gold Medal and then shocking the world by stomping a switch triple rodeo 1260 in 2010. Since then he's taken his inimitable style and deep bag of tricks to the backcountry and has changed the face of the sport. 

In his latest career move, the 29-year-old Oregon native becomes the lone skier on the Quiksilver Global Snow Team, joining legends Travis Rice, Bryan Fox and Mat Crepel. Be on the lookout for new backcountry oriented products out of Quiksilver that Carlson will have a heavy hand in designing and testing.
