Even though skiing in Japan may be one of the best-documented phenomena in the skiing world, it never gets old to watch. This past Japanuary, Sammy Carlson, Karl Fostvedt, and Lucas Wachs made their annual pilgrimage to land of the rising sun to squeeze in all the culture and face shots they could into a week of some of the deepest skiing of their lives.
