Sam Smoothy’s Trip of a Lifetime to North Korea

Kiwi skier Sam Smoothy and has starred in many ski films that include traveling to remote parts of the world exploring different mountain cultures—but this ski flick takes it to a whole new level.

Sam heads to the DPRK, better known to most of us as North Korea. He gets to know the country and its people, and take some turns at Masik Pass the nation’s only ski hill.

The film is not about skiing deep powder or hitting big jumps, but rather about being open to embracing new parts of the world an exploring what’s out there.
