Rome Notch Contest Winner Announced!

At the end of last year we ran a contest with Rome Snowboards.  The objective was to get nominations on Facebook from friends to win a 162 Rome Notch Snowboard, a powder-slayin, first-chair type of snowboard.  Although the competition was fierce by January 6 there was a total of 1,325 comments on our facebook wall.

We'd like to congratulate Mike Simonson for asking all of his friends to help him win this snowboard, We think you owe all of them a beer.  Mike came in with around 300 friends nominating him for the snowboard.  A few of the other entries were comparable, but in our opinion, way more spammy then Mike's nominations.
