Pipeline’s Opening Day Did Not Disappoint

Last week, Pipeline decided to show off the best way she knows how: with some insultingly gorgeous waves. October 27th marked Pipeline’s opening day and surfers traveled to the North Shore to play in the highly anticipated swell. If this warm winter welcome is any indication for how the season is going to go, it shows nothing but great promise.

Connor Trimble’s edit of the past few days is filled with surf shots taken from the air and sea, mesmerizing green and blue water, some serious shredding and (naturally) a few graceful wipeouts. The end result is downright hypnotic.
