Ordino Arcalís Pro Comp. CANCELLED!

The FWT announced early this morning that the Orion Arcalís Pro has been cancelled due to insufficient off-piste conditions. Recent rains and rising temperatures have rendered the snowpack unsuitable for professional freeride skiing. Sadly, a storm is forecasted to hit the Andorran Pyrenees around the tenth of next month; however, it looks like the storm will be hitting too late for the allotted weather window assigned to this event which ends February 7^th.

This is the second stop of the tour that has been called off (out of three scheduled thus far). This unfortunate happenstance we hope is just another bump in the road as the tour tries to get underway, and tour staff and the riders are all trying to be flexible as they the tour navigates unpredictable weather and variable snow conditions moving forward.
