UPDATE: Man Who Rode Swimming Moose Charged With 3 Counts

This video of a Canadian man leaping onto the back of a moose has garnered much attention over the past year since we first posted it– from his friend in the background proclaiming that he had "never seen something so awesome", to outrage via social media, the video has been a source of controversy.

The most recent negative feedback was from a judge in British Columbia who charged two suspects with three counts: harassing wildlife, attempting to capture wildlife and hunting big game while the animal is swimming.
