New Triple Play Ski Pass Includes 15 Northeast Resorts for under $200
Popular Stories
Northeast skiers, listen up. Snow Partners just announced their Snow Triple Play Pass, a new budget-friendly option that allows access to a slew of ski resorts across the Northeast and Canada. This could be a game-changer for New York City skiers.
Thats 3 days of skiing at 15 ski areas for under $200. A bangin' deal.
The first 1,000 passes will go for $169.99, while the rest will go for $199.99. Sales begin September 1, 2025, just in time for families and weekend warriors to start lining up winter trips.
Snow Partners, which owns and operates Mountain Creek and Big Snow American Dream (North America’s only indoor ski slope), says the pass was created to meet growing demand for affordable skiing options close to NYC. While the bulk of the resorts are in New York State, skiers will also find partner areas in New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, Quebec, and even Nova Scotia.
Partner Resorts
Each pass holder will receive three ski days, which can be spread out across any of the 15 partner resorts. That means $57/day if you buy early, and $67/day if you lag.

Who Is This Ski Pass For?
Unlike the mega-resort offerings from Epic or Ikon, which often run north of $1,000, the Snow Triple Play is aimed squarely at new skiers, budget-conscious riders, and city dwellers who may only get a few days on snow each winter.
In a time when single-day lift tickets at big time western resorts exceed $200, there is certainly a place for passes like this. Think of it this way: passholders are securing three days of skiing for the price of one big-mountain lift ticket.
The Standout Resorts on the Pass
So where can you get the most bang for your buck? Not all resorts on the pass are created equal. A few stand tall in terms of terrain, snowfall, and reputation:
- Whiteface Mountain, NY: Boasting the largest vertical drop in the East (3,430 feet) and nearly 300 acres of terrain, Whiteface is the certified heavyweight of the pass.
- Gore Mountain, NY: With 453 acres, 2,500 feet of vertical, and reliable snowfall, Gore has the space to spread out a bit. Something of a big-mountain feel in the Adirondacks.
- Mountain Creek, NJ: Just 47 miles from NYC, it’s a solid day-trip option for urban skiers, offering 167 acres of terrain and night skiing.
- Big Snow American Dream: America's only indoor ski area. The obvious choice for novelty seekers.
Bottom Line
The Snow Triple Play Pass won’t compete on the scale of mega passes, but that’s the point. Instead, it’s a low-cost entry ticket to the sport, or a perfect fit for skiers who only get a few days in each season.
If you're an NYC dweller, this may be the most affordable way to scratch your skiing itch this winter, without draining your bank account.
